We have now removed the product names to simplify how the platform is presented, while retaining both the accessible user experience and the deeper technical control.
Yes. The same powerful automation, orchestration, and integration capabilities remain fully available. Everyday users can work through a simplified interface (previously know as BOLT), while advanced users and administrators can access deeper configuration (previously BLAM) when required.
You can choose. Some organisations prefer Blue Lucy to manage advanced configuration, while others enable their own teams to work directly with the platform’s deeper capabilities.
