Blue Lucy announced today that they will not be launching any new products at NAB 2023, April 16-19, at the Las Vegas Convention Centre. The company will, however, be exhibiting from booth W1379 at the show.
Blue Lucy’s flagship product, BLAM is a media and business system integration platform designed to meet the complex production and distribution needs of the multiplatform age – combining media management, workflow orchestration and operational task management in a single solution. BLAM’s platform architecture and the company’s constant development model means that new features and functions are made available every month – not just at tradeshows. The platform also features more than four hundred microservices – BLidgets – that connect production tools, business systems and consumer consumption platforms. This approach to integration means that connectors for 3rd party systems and services can be developed and deployed within hours, or at most days.
“Modern software development and service delivery techniques have irrevocably changed the technology landscape for media businesses, and exhibitions’ value-proposition along with it,” says Blue Lucy CEO, Julian Wright. “We release BLAM platform features and new capabilities on a weekly basis so the premise of a key theme or big feature launch at a trade show is somewhat limiting. However, IBC 2022 proved invaluable in bringing people together so we’re looking forward to business-centric engagement at NAB 2023 as part of our ambitious growth plans for the year.”
While Blue Lucy won’t be launching any new products or functionalities at NAB Show –- the company will use their booth to engage with the industry at large, specifically:
- Production or distribution companies interested in finding out how the BLAM platform has transformed production and media supply chain operations for businesses like A+E Networks, Banijay Rights and BBC Studios.
- Systems integrators who are considering including a content supply chain platform capability in their solution portfolio.
- Service delivery professionals, support managers and business analysts with experience in the M&E industry who are looking for an exciting new challenge in North America.
